Strong but elegant with a modern design and above all else with our new innovative digital Brushless motor. This is the new Agilik & Bionik, the new automatic barrier designed and fully manufactured in the Italian factories of Roger Technology. This unique barrier is suitable for all professional installations in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. The Agilik & Bionik represents the first automatic barrier with digital processing due to its Brushless motor 36V with permanent magnetic field. The position of the beam is continually monitored in all positions with its absolute encoder. The revolutionary three-phase Brushless motor allows unlimited use of the barrier and has ultra low power consumption. The efficient motor guarantees very intensive use due to the gears with helicoidal and angled teeth.

New Electronic Board With Brushless Control

The new Brushless control panel represents the new generation of electronic boards, designed to manage all types of safety whilst monitoring the movement of the barrier. Without a traditional relay and due to the revolutionary Mosfet System, the new sinusoidal Brushless controller 36V DC with field-orientated sensory control will detect obstacles instantly. It will allow for instant inversion, manage the speed control, slowdown and impact force whilst analysing the consumption, rpm and the absorption of the motor during its operation. The advanced absolute encoder installed in the slow shaft of the motor allows for the return to normal functions of the barrier without repeating the re-learning process in the case of power failure or manual release.

Balancing Spring

The model of the balancing spring is selected depending on the length of the boom. All springs of Roger Technology are certified for 1000000 cycles. There is a system for fine-tuning the spring.

Brushless 36 V.

The innovative motor, manufactured using BRUSHLESS technology, 36V dc voltage in combination with a digital control unit, allows to significantly reduce power consumption.

Encoder

The improved encoder installed on the output shaft of the reducer allows, in the event of a power failure or a transfer to manual mode, to resume the operation of the barrier without repeating the training procedure of the system

Digital Controller

Precise adjustment of the barrier modes is carried out using the digital control unit. For ease of adjustment, the control unit is located at the top of the barrier.

Elliptical Arm

The boom profile is an ellipse with a vertical stiffener. Material of the arrow is aluminium. The LED display is integrated in the boom profile. The luminous algorithm is set by the control unit.

Robust construction

In order to improve reliability, all the strength elements of the barrier construction are made of steel and bronze. The conducted resource tests and high manufacturing quality ensure trouble-free operation of the equipment over a long period of operation.

Arm Protection Cover

The boom of the barrier is fixed with a double aluminium cover directly to the gear shaft with the help of original fastening elements developed by Roger Technology.

LED Lightening

Signal lighting is performed using bright LEDs. Lamps are located in the upper part of the barrier. The luminous algorithm is set by the control unit.

Motor Reeducator

The case of the reducer is made by Roger technology of precise injection moulding. All gears are made of metal. The worm gear is made of hardened steel and bronze. The shafts are installed in bearing supports.

Totals Points Check

The angle of the arm is directly controlled by the control unit by means of some monitored parameters, which allow the arm to be set to tenth of the stage during opening and closing, operation and maintenance in the digital control mode.
